Happy Halloween!

It's been a tradition in our house since Patrick came along, to paint our pumpkins, instead of carving them. It's something the kids can do, instead of watching mom or dad wield a knife. They paint them then stick stickers all over them. It's a lot of fun and they really enjoy it. This year, it was a bit windy, but it was in the 60's and sunny so we were able to do it outside again this year. We then went to the campground we are a part of for a Halloween get-together with sunset hayride. Today - Halloween - the center held it's annual Halloween parade and the kids get to dress up in their costumes, parade around the center, and we all meet up in the gym for a singing performance. Parents are welcome, it's so much fun to see the kids all dressed up and singing their Halloween songs. After that they have their classroom parties. We are now waiting for Daddy to get home - I'm being asked ever 5 minutes, "Is daddy home yet??" Patrick is Optimus Prime from the Transformers, and Katie is Tinkerbell. I wish you all a safe and Happy Halloween!
